There was heavy artillery shelling of Stepanakert overnight, and three civilians from one family were killed in their home as a result, Karabakh’s emergency rescue service reported. According to the Defense Army there was continued fighting, as Turkish-backed Azerbaijani forces continued offensives in the east, south and south-west of Karabakh. There was particularly intense fighting to the south-west of Shushi throughout the day.

NKR president Arayik Harutyunyan met with members of Artsakh’s parliament to discuss “political decisions,” though his press service did not specify what these were.
