Looking for an engaging class to immerse yourself in Armenian heritage, identity, and culture? Don’t know Armenian or Armenian history? No problem! MDA 330, The Armenian Heritage: History, Arts, and Culture course has got you covered!

Taught by Institute director Dr. Shushan Karapetian, host of Language Therapy with Dr. K and Word of the Day, MDA 330 explores the major threads that make up the Armenian experience, both in the Republic of Armenia and in the Diaspora.

There are no prerequisites, and knowledge of Armenian language or history is not required. This course satisfies the requirements for the following minors: Interdisciplinary Minor in Folklore and Popular Culture and Interdisciplinary Minor in Resistance to Genocide.
